Jurate specializes in psychological aspects of nutrition and transformation of personal eating behavior patterns relevant to those who want to lose weight or are struggling with emotional and stress-driven overeating. 

 

She is also consulting her clients on issues related to self-realization, personal and career development, relationships, and communication.

 

Jurate works individually with clients as well as provides practical seminars to small groups and organizations. She works in English, Russian and Lithuanian languages.

Jurate has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a certified ICF coach. She has started her path as a professional psychologist after making a successful career in international diplomacy.

 

She has been interested in psychology all her life, in particular in psychological aspects of weight loss and gain driven by her personal story of being overweight since childhood and her personal achievements. 

 

Jurate is also experienced in helping her clients improve their relationships with themselves and their loved ones as well exploring and opening their potential for greater self-realization, personal and career development as well as general satisfaction in life. 

 

In her work, Jurate integrates various psychological tools and techniques aiming for maximum results for her clients focusing on real transformations evidenced by actual changes in their daily lives. 

 

Jurate was born in Lithuania where she has started her professional career. She lived and worked in Ukraine for more than ten years before moving to Georgia five years ago. She is married and has a daughter. 

 

Besides her professional endeavors Jurate is interested in arts (she paints herself), traveling (she has visited nearly 60 countries), and enjoys not only relaxing on the beach but also skiing and playing tennis.
