In my practice, I combine creativity, body awareness, and gentle guidance. For me, art therapy is not about “drawing beautifully,” but about the opportunity to hear yourself more deeply than words allow.
I work with emotions through color, form, movement, and symbol, using intuitive drawing, abstract expression of feelings, body-based practices, and meditation. It’s important for me to create a safe space for exploring experiences without judgment or pressure.
I believe that within every person there is already a resource and inner knowing — sometimes it simply needs a gentle path to be revealed.
My role is to be there alongside you in this process.
